Process Straighforward and safe:
💿 If the USB is old, copy a new ISO file into it.
🔌 With the USB connected, reboot the computer. If no menu appears, reboot again while pressing quickly and repeatedly the boot key. Select the USB name.

Sort boot order so the first device is the internal storage, and the second one is the USB.
Set an administrator password. It can be the one used during the installation of Zenned.
