Each computer vendor uses a different key. By frequency:

• F12: Most widely used.
• F10 or F9: Some HP.
• F8: Some Asus.
• Holding ⌥: Apple.

Sometimes it may require simultaneously pressing Fn.

Other times the boot menu is only avaliable after pressing the setup key.
