💻 Never preinstall Zenned. But provide it inside an USB drive, built as described in this website, that users install by themselves.

🧑‍🎨 When you create something with the trademark “Zenned”, inform the user about who made it without implying it is in cooperation with the project.

💽 If you build a Zenned ISO yourself, name the file as “Zenned by Author”.

🪙 If you are selling the OS, make a donation in the kiosk equal or greater than 5% of the final price of the “USB + Computer” combo.

📊 Prior to purchase, clearly inform the user about the donated percentage and the USB specifications: size, and read and write speeds.

🟰 Don’t charge extra for selecting Zenned as OS.

These conditions may be updated in the future. You must apply them within two months of them being changed.

Owners

“Zenned” is a trademark of Alberto Salvia Novella (es20490446e). Third parties are only allowed to use the term “Zenned” by following the conditions in this document, to the extend that law allows.

The Zenned cat Kikat is a standalone work which isn’t covered by this trademark. It is made by Denis Sazhin. You can use it under the CC-BY-4.0 license, or by purchasing a commercial license on The Noun Project.

Kikat being libre is on itself a symbol.
